The Carlos Tevez Saga just will not simply go away for West Ham United who are still facing a 30 million pound compensation payout to Sheffield united who was, imo, wrongly relegated from the Premier League. Whilst it would be unsporting and unfair to simply reinstate Sheffield United next season, I just can't see how you can reward a side for not, should they not, gain promotion on their merits whilst at the same time acknowledging that they were relegated because another club not only cheated the system but then lied about their deceit, not once but twice. To solve this problem that has been created, I suggest that English FA study the words, "intestinal fortitude" and then one of their board members punish West Ham in an appropriate manner. Again, this is only my opinion, but they should be dropped down two divisions and start their next campaign with a -15 point tally. A similar situation in the future will never happen. At the moment, a 5.5 million pound "fine" to retain your premiership status is a small price to pay considering the 30 million pound figure quoted as compensation sought by Sheffield United. That's my view, What's yours?
